Being a finance person myself, I asked Nancy to run a variety of complex prepayment scenarios for me so that I could compare different payment strategies. I've asked other loan officers to run scenarios in the past but the only person who could actually do them. The whole process was very easy - I never had to go into the office at any time during this process. A few phone calls and emails, an online application, upload some documents and that's about it.
